1. Ultra-Secure Packaging: Zero Compromise on Protection

To prevent any risk of breakage or damage during transport, we have developed heavy-duty packaging specifically designed for ceramic and the onboard technologies of our sanitary fixtures:

• Secured on a wooden pallet: Each toilet is firmly fixed on a dedicated pallet. This prevents the package from tipping over or being handled roughly during transit.

• High-strength straps: Reinforced straps lock the box onto its pallet to ensure complete stability, from loading in our warehouses to your home.

• Thermoformed polystyrene interior: Inside the box, the product is wrapped in custom-made polystyrene foam and protective materials to absorb shocks and vibrations.

• Clear "Fragile / Ceramic" label: Each package features explicit warning instructions for carriers.
