Excellent value for money! I was a bit apprehensive about ordering because the price seemed rather low for this type of item, and frankly, I'm impressed.
Highly recommended brand! I ordered a Japanese toilet from them called Kaku and I am super satisfied with it. The pre-sales service is very responsive and attentive.
Thank you Nelsmann for the fast delivery, my client is satisfied with the product, the installation was very simple, quality product, very good quality ceramic paint is top-notch, everything works perfectly.
Excellent toilet, I highly recommend it.
Very satisfied with my purchase! The Sora toilet is really practical for everyday use and the quality is excellent. The design is modern, and it is easy to use.
Great, fast delivery and well-packaged parcel. I love the Sora wall-hung model; I didn't need to do any construction work as it fits directly onto my Geberit support frame.
Our belief
In most homes, the toilet is the last room to have seen any changes in decades.
At Nelsmann, we believe it's time to change that.
