The anti-fog LED illuminated mirror is increasingly becoming a must-have in modern bathrooms, halfway between a functional object and a decorative element.
How does anti-fog technology work?
A thin heating film is integrated into the back of the mirror. By slightly heating the glass surface, it prevents condensation from forming, even after a steaming hot shower. The mirror remains clear immediately, without the need to wipe it.
Which light temperature to choose?
LED models generally offer several adjustable shades: warm white (2700-3000K) for a cozy atmosphere, neutral white (4000K) for precise daily use (makeup, shaving), and sometimes cool white (6000K) for a very bright effect. A mirror with dimmable lighting allows you to adapt to any time of day.
Trending shapes in 2026
The round mirror continues to dominate contemporary interiors, but asymmetrical shapes and "diamond" contours are gaining ground to add a more original touch, particularly in bathrooms with a Scandinavian or Japandi style.
Installation: what to check
Make sure the mirror has a minimum IP44 protection rating to withstand water splashes, and plan for a dedicated electrical supply if the model does not simply run on batteries.
