Terms of sale

Article 1 - Prices
Prices of our products are indicated in euros, including all taxes (VAT included). They do not include delivery costs, which are shown separately when you place your order.

Article 2 - Orders
Any order placed on the website constitutes acceptance of these general terms and conditions of sale. A confirmation email will be sent to you once your order has been validated.

Article 3 - Payment
Payment is made online by credit card or by any other payment method offered at checkout. Payment is due immediately.

Article 4 - Delivery
Delivery times and costs are indicated when you place your order. In the event of a delay, we will inform you by email. The risks related to transport are borne by our company until the parcel is handed over to the customer. Any product damaged or lost during transport is covered by our company, which will exchange or refund it at no cost to the customer. We invite you to inspect your parcel as soon as you receive it and to report any damage to us as soon as possible, with photos.

Article 5 - Right of withdrawal
In accordance with the law, you have a period of 14 days from receipt of your order to exercise your right of withdrawal, without having to give a reason. Return costs are borne by the customer, except in the event of an error on our part.

Article 6 - Returns and refunds
Returns are accepted under the conditions set out in our return policy. The refund is made within 14 days following receipt of the returned parcel.

Article 7 - Warranty
The products sold comply with French law and benefit from the legal guarantees of conformity and against hidden defects.

Article 8 - Liability
We cannot be held liable in the event of force majeure, fault on the part of the customer, or any event beyond our control.

Article 9 - Intellectual property
All elements of the website (texts, images, logos, etc.) are protected by copyright and remain the exclusive property of LMB Import-Nelsmann. Any reproduction is prohibited.

Article 10 - Personal data
Your data is collected and processed in accordance with our privacy policy. You have the right to access, modify and delete your data.

Article 11 - Applicable law
These general terms and conditions of sale are governed by French law. Any dispute shall fall under the jurisdiction of the French courts.
